Growing the Impact Investment Opportunity in the UK

This event - held in collaboration with London Business School’s AQR Asset Management Institute - will convene thought leaders and senior practitioners from the finance industry to explore the opportunities presented by impact investing.

The conference will focus on the work of the industry taskforce, chaired by Elizabeth Corley, which has been charged by the Prime Minister with progressing the recommendations in the ‘Growing a Culture of Social Impact Investing in the UK’ report published last year.

On the day you will hear from the key taskforce leaders and have the opportunity to break into smaller groups to discuss the specific challenges that the taskforce is trying to address.

Nigel Kershaw, Chair of Big Issue Invest, will talk about a specific impact investment and chair a panel featuring the different individuals and organisations involved in the deal.
